For this market, Brown-Forman is currently setting up its own distribution organization, starting operations July 1, 2017
This position will provide reliable and professional customer care throughout the entire process, from order taking via record management in the ERP System SAP to Invoice Issuance. Standard Order Administration as well Exception Management such as e.g. customer complaints and product allocation supervision are in scope. This role reports to the Supply Chain Operations Manager.
Receive and process orders from customers in SAP (e.g. issuing pro-forma invoices, dispatch notes, VAT invoices, credit invoices)
Evaluate/manage specific orders (orders on hold, etc.)
EDI management & workflow (EDI exception failures)
Product allocation management
Tracking of possible discrepancies in delivery of goods to customers and processing order corrections
Customer requests/complaints management
Communicate with Logistics Service Providers concerning customer requests or queries
Cooperate with the sales force providing and exchanging information on customers, discounts and documentation, out-of-stocks and take an active part in problem solving linked to deliveries, etc.
Process orders from internal customers for promotional needs (e.g. spirits cabinet, tastings, etc.)
Responsibility for all master data with regards to customers, order management
New customer setup and maintenance in SAP
Act as interface to accounting to ensure proper credit control; prepare Credit and Debit memos
Bachelor or similar education (apprenticeship in commercial profession)
2-5 years post qualified experience in customer service department/area
Very good communication skills
Native/Expert command of Spanish language , speaking and writing
Good English language knowledge, speaking and writing
Solid knowledge of Financial / ERP System – SAP (MM, SD) Applications
IT literate (good knowledge in MS Excel)
