This position will support the Supply Chain Operations Manager in all Sales/Demand Planning and Inventory related topics. The holder of this position is responsible for supporting the Sales Organization in its efforts to analyze and forecast short and midterm demand and for consolidating customer based plans to country level. Thoughtful and pro-active participation in the company’s global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Process with the US based headquarters as well as the overall local Inventory Administration is in scope. Based on aligned demand and supply plans, the Demand & Inventory Analyst manages and tracks the Tax Stamp flow between, tax authorities, production sites and the local distribution center.
Efficient and effective execution of local Sales and Demand Planning in collaboration with other functions such as Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing and Finance.
Close cooperation with Supply Chain Planning and Customer Service in the US based Headquarters
Function as liaison and primary contact person for the Production faced as S&OP process lead by corporate Supply Chain Integration
Evaluate the Sales Forecast
Trend analysis with reporting and warehouse optimization regarding costs
Creating rolling forecast for Supply Chain LvL
Leadership for usage and validation of APO (Advanced Planning Optimization)
Compare planning to agreed forecast
Tax Stamps Management:
In accordance to aligned demand and supply plans determine and communicate to all stakeholders (Corporate Supply Chain Planning, European Production, Finance, Logistics Service Provider, etc.) The required amount of tax stamps.
Coordinate and ensure the timely and complete flow of information to/from the Logistics Service Provider (LSP) applying for the tax stamps at tax authorities on B-F’s behalf.
Organize delivery of excise stamps to Production sites
Organize return of unused excise stamps from Production sites
Manage the physical shipment of tax stamps from the LSP’s office/or tax authorities to relevant production sites
Locally track and consolidate the status of stamps, in transit, production or the local warehouse.
Organize storage of excise stamps to be locally applied.

Key User SAP/R3 Material Management
3 rd Party Warehouse
Key Operational Interface to the 3 rd party Customs agency/provider
Planning, coordination and posting of production orders at the 3 rd Party warehouse (Displays and Value Added Packs)
Planning of Promotions
Allocating of SKUs to requests from Sales Dep.
Control of promotional articles
Developing and delivering logistics data with regard to articles (plausibility check and cost efficiency)
Trouble shooting in case of OOS
Inventory reconciliation / internal warehouse transfers with the 3 rd party Logistics provider/ Cycle counts
Weekly stock level reporting
Post PO receipts (or via 3PL SAP or via EDI)
Supporting and coordinating with the Supply Chain Manager in
Importing (oversight responsibilities)
Clarification of logistic issues e..g. blocked shipments in customs , shipment tracking
Development of a stock reporting: Inventory, Sales Forecast Accuracy / Stock Turnover
Bachelor or similar education (apprenticeship in commercial profession)
2-5 years post qualified experience in Planning/Logistics department/area
Very good communication skills
Very good analytical skills
Native/Expert command of Spanish language, speaking and writing
Native/Expert command of English language, speaking and writing
Solid knowledge of Financial / ERP System – SAP (MM, SD, APO) Applications
IT literate (good knowledge in MS Excel)#ND 1
