Job Description:


• Works closely with in-market brand teams, local and global agencies, and other internal resources to ensure successful execution of all digital marketing projects (local and global websites, social media pages, eCRM, apps etc)

• Leads social media efforts in the region and ensures consistency of execution

  • Consults with in-market brand teams and local agencies to build and maintain best-in-class social media pages

  • Reviews and approves local monthly content calendars

  • Encourages/implements content-development and publishing guidelines

  • Assists with community management; monitors and helps optimize fan engagement

• Works with local brand managers, community managers and/or agencies throughout the region to ensure brand voice is consistent in all digital channels

• Provides digital leadership and education:

  • Consults with markets to provide guidance and a POV on all digital media activity

  • Digital on-boarding of new members of brand teams

  • Training markets on new global platforms

  • Facilitating digital boot camp

• Guides the consumer data collection process in markets, ensuring compliance with best practices, guidelines and regulations

• Manages and deploys outbound consumer messaging (email, SMS), as needed by markets

• Ensures legal and responsibility compliance of all brand digital activity


  • Leads implementation of global consumer- and trade-facing digital platforms and programs: web, social, apps, email, etc.

  • Drives the integration and use of globally produced digital assets and tools with market-based Initiatives

Ad hoc

Competitive intelligence: Conducts regular and ad-hoc research and reporting to inform markets and Global team about brand and competitors’ digital marketing activity

Digital ambassador: Participates in the sharing and application of program learnings and digital best practices across all markets (e.g. facilitates digital boot camp)

Continuous improvement: Works with the global and EU digital teams to build recommendations for changes/enhancements to future programs, both global and local

Resource evaluation: Through regular interactions, develops merit-based POVs on local agencies, and recommends change when needed

Must Requirements:

Undergraduate degree plus 3-5 years experience in digital marketing, with an emphasis on social media, project management, website development, measurement and analysis

Native to the world of social media and up to date with latest social media trends. Previous responsibility for overseeing and/or administering social media channels on behalf of a brand (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)

Expertise in social media analytics, measurement and social listening

Tech-savvy, previous experience working with CMS, social media publishing and analytics software

Understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics

Experience planning and executing consumer marketing communications through digital channels: web, social, apps, mobile, email, etc.

Brand management experience

Strong organizational skills; ability to lead multiple projects and manage project teams on an ongoing basis, in a deadline-oriented environment

Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to work independently; self-motivated
