Brown-Forman Temporary Digital Marketing & Portfolio Specialist in Louisville, Kentucky

Job Description:

Job Summary/Scope: This is a temporary assignment with Brown-Forman’s Reserve Power.


  • Working with the Digital & Portfolio Customer Marketing Manager and creative agency to support of & National Retail Accounts. Areas of focus are:

  • Content strategy / meetings / strategy discussions / overall project management

  • Content creation (words and pictures for the web site and social channels)

  • Social media calendar and scheduling, plus moderation (answering consumer comments)

  • Site maintenance / uploading content for social channels and web site

  • Media (project management and campaign execution, plus reporting)

  • Lead ongoing performance reporting of digital/social activities

  • Administer the processes and tools used to manage our social media environment (Facebook Business Mgr., Pinterest,, User Access)

  • Ensure digital marketing promotions adhere to the Brown-Forman Marketing Policies, Digital Marketing Compliance Guidelines, regulatory groups that govern international, federal and state regulations and consumer privacy laws

  • Collaborate with Brand teams on branded content development and brand activation that would be leverage for National Retail Accounts or

  • Support full SAMIE team especially the Customer Marketing team, Sales Promotion team and Division Portfolio Execution Director

  • Lead ad-hoc request and initiatives based on business objective or need

  • Partner with internal and external vendor partners on Promotional or Division communication needs

Required Experience/Skills:

  • BA degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field

  • Well-versed in the digital world – ability to work within social media platforms and understand web development

  • Experience with digital media planning, buying or strategy

  • Project management skills

  • Strong multi-tasking ability

  • Strong quantitative analytical skills

Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • Experience in analysis of digital marketing activities

  • English speaking and writing ability

  • Experience in print product
