He/ she reports to National Field Sales Manager On-Trade and brings support in the planning and the follow-up of the commercial actions defined by the regional sales force teams and the Area sales managers.
Daily assists the National Field Sales Manager the management of the administrative tasks and ensures the relationship between management, field team, company department, customers and partners.
Worked out with the IT service, commercial dashboards and ensure the national reporting resulting from the CRM of the company (SalesForce.com).
Draw up and follows the complementary dashboards with Excel.
Prepare the follow-up (Achieved versus Objectives) for the payment of the quarterly bonus of the sales force.
Ensure to the organisation, diffusion and updating commercial tools and information.
Organise and ensure the feedback from the field.
Carry out commercial presentations with Powerpoint
Be the primary contact for the customers, dispatch messages and manage the flow of emails.
Ensure the responsibility for daily administrative and commercial management.
Manage agendas, prepare and organise the commercial meetings and trips (flights, taxis, hotels, restaurants, etc)

Of higher education (Degree) with an experience or a similar experience in sales.
Fitted with good relationship skills, you are enthusiastic and have a team spirit.
Organised and independent; you are able to manage few simultaneous operations.
You are familiar with Panels, Excel and Powerpoint
