Brown-Forman General Manager and Office Assistant (Part Time) in Prague, Czech Republic
This position is part time (50%) to support General Manager Czech Republic and office; to lead minor selected projects when needed. This position is responsible for the organization and execution of the Czech team meetings, car fleet management. It also represents a backup for the Reception when required.
Covers for Reception and during the lunch time and vacation (phone answering, guests welcoming, receiving mail if it happens to arrive at that time).
Czech Team Meetings Organizations
Responsible for the organization of local Czech team meetings (rooms reservation, catering, logistics)
Coordination of accommodation and refreshments for people during the meeting
Provide administrative support to General Manager Czech Republic
General administrative tasks
Support on a special projects and an ad-hoc tasks
Car fleet management
Responsibility for Car Fleet management of employees based in Czech Republic.
Communication and negotiation with suppliers, drivers and B-F Global Car Fleet Management team
Coordination of needed documents and processes
Handling daily operational tasks
Contracts collection and archiving
2 year experience in a similar role
IT literate (MS Office - namely Excel)
English and Czech speaking and writing skills
