Brown-Forman Customer Service Specialist - Contract until Feb 2018 in Sydney, Australia
Scope of Position:
- This position provides a specialised point of contact for our internal and external customers. Designed to process customer orders from acceptance through to delivery this role also facilitates the resolution of any issues or enquiries while reinforcing proactive departmental practices.
Enter a variety of orders accurately and with minimum errors (T: 0.08%)
Monitor orders which need to be delivered on specified dates to ensure delivery
Be responsive to customer enquiries (T: COB)
Be proactive in handling customer complaints (T: COB)
Facilitate the credit process through to closure
Liaise with supply chain and warehouses on stock issues
Establish and maintain an excellent rapport with internal and external customers
Manage Salesforce & Wombat issues and provide additional support during times of demand
Keep departmental and customer information accurate, list and re-determine codes
Qualifications & Requirements
Background in order entry customer service essential
FMCG & SAP experience highly desirable
