Brown-Forman Sr Compensation Analyst APAC/IMEA in TBD, Singapore
Responsible for administering Brown-Forman’s compensation strategy and framework within our APAC and IMEA Region in a rapidly expanding and profitable industry. The Senior Compensation Analyst will work closely with HR business partners, business leaders and members of the compensation team to execute our compensation strategies and programs to ensure alignment with the best interests of both Brown-Forman and our shareholders. The right candidate will need to effectively execute a number of our key compensation programs across the regions as well as help provide direction into our future strategy and structure.
Partners with regional HR and business leaders and global compensation on compensation strategy, policies and procedures.
Lead benchmarking projects, including job evaluation, internal and external analysis and appropriate recommendations for the region.
Assist in the research, analysis and design of our regional compensation strategy in conjunction with our broader global compensation philosophy.
Assist in the annual compensations processes (Merit, Bonus, etc.) for the region.
Assist in the broad-based compensation strategy, including analyzing effectiveness, communication and design.
Lead salary survey data submission to participating surveys
Assist in the administration of compensation documentation and management of HRIS systems.
Develop effective relationships with our key stakeholders, including accounting, finance, HR, legal and business leaders to assist in the design and communication of our executive and broad-based compensation strategies.
Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Finance, Accounting or related field is a plus)
5 years compensation experience in a multinational organization with a global presence managing multiple countries
Experience interpreting surveys and using salary survey management tools
Knowledge of HRIS systems preferably Workday
Job evaluation experience
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to interact and influence HR and business leaders as well as build partnerships across the organization
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
Proven analytical and project management skills
Creative thinking and problem solving, with a commitment to high performance and accuracy
