Brown-Forman Distilleries Compliance Administrator in Aberdeenshire, United Kingdom

Meaningful Work From Day One

To take responsibility for administration of all quality documentation, compliance documentation (collating permits to work, Job Risk Assessments) and EMAINT documentation. This will include processing paper documents and electronic records. Will include covering the SAP Administrator when that person is absent.

What You Can Expect

  • Administration of EMAINT. Recording all assets and work orders, processing work orders and ensuring work is commenced / completed as per the schedule.

  • In partnership with the Quality Control department, ensuring appropriate documentation and record keeping for all quality related matters (spirit and casks.)

  • Ensuring complaints / issues are directed as per process to the USA for logging in the EtQ database.

  • Uploading processing documentation to EtQ.

  • Ensuring all requests for process changes are notified to the Distillery Production Manager in a timely manner

  • Track and support the annual calibration of analytical instrumentation.

  • Support the SAP Administrator by providing coverage during periods of absence. This would involve ensuring all incoming and outgoing materials are logged in SAP.

  • Ensures uniform application and consistency of Company policies and procedures and develops good employee relations.

  • Builds company image by collaborating with employees and customers, following and enforcing ethical business practices.

  • Supports safety initiatives. Ensure that safe working conditions exist and that all programs and policies are effectively implemented and practiced.

  • Ensure compliance with BF quality policies, standards, and systems.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience in Health & Safety / quality / compliance administration/whisky industry

  • Strong administrative experience

  • MS Office / Google Suite experience/ SAP

  • Experience using database software

  • Strong people skills

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
