Brown-Forman Facility Manager and HR Administrator in Amsterdam, Netherlands
The purpose of this position is to provide full facility management support to Brown-Forman’s European headquarter office in central Amsterdam ( 25 people headcount). We at Brown-Forman strive to provide our employees with a great work environment and the facility manager has a vital role to play in this. In addition, this position provides payroll and HR administration support to the local HR Business Partner looking after the Netherlands.

What capabilities and experiences are needed to be successful?
We are looking for someone with experience in a multinational environment with skills and knowledge in facility management and HR Administration or payroll. Excellent English and Dutch language are required.
What does this job need to make sure gets done?
Manage all Amsterdam office facilities, layout, and maintenance to the highest standard
Monitor and order all office supplies including stationery, flowers, equipment etc
Point of contact on all office management duties
Review and update health and safety policies and legal requirements
Support the payroll for local and expat employees
HR Administration to NL employee
HR System Administration
