Scope of Position:
Supervisor Bangkok Account Executive team
Effective management of wholesalers and on-premises to ensure common focus and aligned targets with B-F Sales which includes volume, penetration, channel mix, rate of sales, and profitability.
Achievement of sales targets, brand equity and profitability through the effective implementation of strategic plans and the leadership of the field B-F Bangkok team.
Implementation of a brand building and responsible consumption culture across all sales territories.

Be the supervisor of all on-premise outlets in Bangkok zone.
Create promotion for on-premise outlets and maintain good relationship with owner.
Assist Marketing manager to Initialize marketing program and summarize all activities of BKK as Monthly report every month.
Training Products for on-premises outlet( both of owner & staff )
Create new initiative idea for POSM and promo for implement in each area.
Ensure the distribution and visibilities of our brands are maximized.
Expand more area to cover.
Improve working in salesforce.com program.
Co-ordinate with digital agency
Co-operated to contact with supplier to create and produce GWP and POP/POS.
Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless approach to sales activities
Establish and maintain effective business relationships with key customers, ensuring that B-F is recognized as the category expert
Keep up to date with industry and market trends via contact with the trade, publications, etc
Coach team members to achieve business targets & develop their capability for sustainable success
Do special projects that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
7 years of progressive Sales & Marketing experience.
Demonstrated leadership achievement
Good oral and written communications skills
Good coach and developer of people.
Good interpersonal skills
Effective team management
Fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience in FMCG or liquor industry
