Brown-Forman Logistics Specialist (Approx. 9 months) in Barcelona, Spain

Position Summary:

Purpose: (Summary to the purpose the role will play in reaching function/business goals)

Due to the Supply Chain Manager maternity leave, the team needs support in daily activities related to the inventory reconciliation, inbound and application of strip stamps.

Responsibility:

  • Inventory reconciliation

  • Stock adjustments in SAP

  • Manual receptions of PO in SAP

  • Check strip-stamp products coverage

  • Register co-pack orders in SAP

  • Control the activity of the 3PL regarding the co-pack activity and adjust SAP accordingly

  • Manage the inbound/customs process for incoming goods from US & Mexico (POC between broker, shipper, shipping line and warehouse)

  • Register transport orders in SAP

Requirements:

  • Engineering or Business studies preferred

  • Experience 1-2 year in similar position

  • SAP experience

  • Fluency in Spanish and English language.
