Brown-Forman On-trade Brand developer in Barcelona, Spain
This position main goal is to achieve sales and distribution targets through the execution of the brand building activities and brand education tools within the On-Trade assigned customers.
This position works closely with and under the supervision of the Area Sales Manager On-Trade.
Execute growth drivers at the point of consumption (HORECA) in order to achieve the sales and distribution targets measured by clear KPI.
Develop and maintain updated the on trade census in the assigned area (min 140 outlets)
Implement outlets segmentation and selection according to Trade Marketing guidelines.
Negotiate on trade agreements with key outlets including volume, portfolio, visibility, advocacy and promotional activation
Regular and systematic customer visits according to work plan previously agreed with line manager.
Build excellent relationship with the on trade outlets at all levels within business environment, as well as establish a close relationship with the wholesaler collaborator assigned to the area.
Report all field work as per BF processes through provided hardware and CRM program.
Ensures optimum stock level within his/her customers.
Collects and updates information about competitors’ activities, consumer, trade dynamics and report to area managers.
Execute brand training's programs for trade partners. POS management, orders, inventory report and implementation.
Manage a decentralized budget to negotiate annual contracts
Responsible to manage assigned on trade customers
Customer transfer sell in
Execute agreed and planed growth drivers in the assigned customers in order to drive consumption.
Enlarge product listings according to priorities set by management.
Promote responsible drinking among our customers and lead with the example
Trade brand education in cooperation with Brand Ambassador
Manage trade & promotional
University degree in Business or relevant fields will be considered an asset
Minimum 4 years’ experience in Sales or other Commercial roles
On trade experience is a big plus
Advanced knowledge of MS Office & confidence in using technology tools
Valid driver’s license
