Meaningful Work From Day One

Serving as a business partner with the Europe GBS structure and the 3rd party market business unit; the P2P Analyst position is responsible for facilitating, coordinating financial accounting, reporting, and analytical activities with a focus on communicating quantitative and qualitative information in a clear, accurate, and timely manner with a focus on 3rd party markets accounts payable issues.

What You Can Expect

A. EFFECTIVELY PERFORM DAILY A/P FUNCTION FOR DESIGNATED BUSINESS

AREAS (ITALY MARKET)

  • Responsible for processing PO and Non-PO invoices through the invoice digitization system and SAP Systems for the Italy market.

  • Vendor creation and maintenance.

  • Provide general support for Procure to Pay COUPA processes, ensuring linkage to dayto day invoice processing activities.

  • Develop expertise in associated systems and processes including T&E expenses(CONCUR).

  • General Accruals – basic accounting

  • General support on VAT and other tax reporting.

  • Support the monthly closing activities following Italy GAAP as well as US GAAP

  • Backup and support of the GBS International Analyst.

B. TRAIN GBS STAFF AND END USERS

  • Responsible for training end users on invoice processing procedures

C. PERFORM AP ANALYSIS/REPORTING (ACCOUNT RECONS)

  • Perform several account and bank reconciliations. Ability to analyze and follow up withvarious BF locations around the globe to resolve outstanding issues.

  • Generate and distribute monthly and Ad hoc invoice reports for internal processing andoperational KPIs.

D. OTHER DUTIES (SPAIN MARKET)

  • Collaborate with the Spain accounting organization to perform administrative duties asBoE (Bill of Exchange) management and collaborate with Cash Applications process

  • (COACSU) for Spanish customers and other Accounts Payable duties

  • Collaborate with external audit requests.

What You Bring to the Table

  • High School/GED/Secondary School or College/University degree

  • Several years of experience in an automated ERP invoice processing environment, preferably SAP or COUPA

  • Customer relationship building, Experience working with international currencies, taxes, and business processes

  • Fluent in Spanish and English languages
