Brown-Forman National Field Sales Manager On Trade/Off Trade in Brussels, Belgium
Brown-Forman sets up Direct Selling Organisation in Belgium and Luxembourg from the 1st of January 2022.
What You Will Do in This Role
Reporting to the Country Manager Belgium, the National Field Sales Manager On & Off Trade leads a team of 12 sales professionals based all across Belgium in charge of developing BF brands portfolio through the On & Off Trade channel. According to the market coverage strategy, he/she will also develop and coordinate commercial actions through third party (or contractors) sales force.
Their main responsibility consists in monitoring the execution of sales strategy for ON & OFF Trade networks and establishing fluid relationships with KAM, CM to increase visibility, distribution volume, brand education and promotion.
What You Can Expect
Develop and implement sales strategy for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable.
Plan and implement local sales strategy through visibility, SEO, promotional and price policies.
Drive the negotiations at region level with the central purchasing, remaining consistent with national negotiations.
Manage the Sales team.
Maintain a perfect collaboration with the Key account Managers, the Category Managers, the marketing and trade marketing services.
Plan and implement local, regional or national sales promotions.
Assist, train and develop the commercial teams.
Lead and analyze the results thru KPI’S, taking quick decisions/initiatives to reach the targets.
Build the annual sales plan and adjust it quarterly due to the need of the strategy.
Organize incentives and bonuses to boost the teams.
Organize, plan and present national meetings.
What you bring to the table
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar discipline and 10 years or more experience in sales force FMCG products.
Strong knowledge of the Belgium distribution market and at least 5 significant years in this business.
Great commercial skills with obvious management and negotiation expertise.
Analyze business with rigor and adapt in an uncertain market
Fluent language English and Flemish
