Basic Function:

Conduct engineering operations to maintain efficient operation of all production lines in order to maximize levels of production and control cost to budget. Operate in a manner consistent with company culture, objectives, practices, and policies. Provide operational direction, training and consistency to Bottling Operators to enhance productivity, quality, safety, environmental, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Mentorship / Planning / Administration :

• Provide mentorship to Bottling Operators to meet short and long-term operating objectives.

• In partnership with the Engineers Supervisor completes the engineering schedule to meet targets and maximize production line efficiency.

• Supports accurate and timely documentation reporting and EMAINT administration.

Production / Safety / Quality / Environmental :

• Ensures reliability and consistency of engineering operation, engineering quality, governmental compliance, employee safety, and environmental impact.

• Ensures efficient operation to produce high quality work within the prescribed standard operating procedures for safety, quality, cost, environmental, and compliance.

• Has a strong focus on preventative maintenance and continuous improvement.

• Drive safety initiatives. Ensure that safe working conditions exist and that all programs and policies are effectively implemented and practiced.

• Ensure compliance with BF quality policies, standards, and systems.
