Brown-Forman On Premise Junior Key Account Manager in Guadalajara, Mexico
The On Premise Junior Key Account Manager is responsible for leading, guiding and inspiring the direct or indirect team of executives managing different premises to ensure that the key B-F brands are on the right key accounts and with the right supports ensuring a dominant position within the channel.
Through the development and execution of the channel strategy it should improve the visibility as well as the testing and repurchasing of our brand focus, implementing experiences and brand initiatives relevant to our key customers and consumers working with the regional on premise managers/executives to assure excellent execution locally and nationwide.
The On Premise Key Account Manager Jr. is responsible for ensuring impeccable execution of brand and channel strategy and guidelines in their National Key Accounts.
Responsibility: (Job Detail)
Actively contribute to the development and implementation of the channel strategy in their key accounts.
Ensure the correct implementation of strategies and guidelines of the brands in the key accounts.
Periodically quantitatively and qualitatively analyze the initiatives/activities implemented in their key accounts (Development>Implementation>Evaluation>Feedback).
Analyze the total market and channel in their respective accounts to understand industry dynamics, competition and regulatory issues that help detect areas of opportunity and growth for B-F.
Analyze the target consumer, its main drivers of consumption and preferences of type of establishments.
Guarantee that B-F has a dominant position in the key accounts according to the channel segmentation strategy.
Ensure and co-work with Mkt and Trade Mkt the strategy and tailor made brand experiences for National Accounts and their excellent execution.
Ensure that him and their executives are expert ambassadors for our brands.
Train and train continuously (internally and externally) in the Brown-Forman culture, our brands and our values.
Ensure that all executives follow and implement in detail the steps of the visit, use the principles of effective negotiations and make use of salesforce as a working tool.
Encourage responsible consumption at all times and promote it by example.
Recruit, retain and develop the best talent for B-F.
To guarantee the correct planning and execution of the strategy, initiatives and activities of the brands and channel that assure us to have in the most important accounts: distribution and price, visibility, training and motivation, mixology and brand experiences.
Impeccable management and control of the operating budget and travel in their KA.
Impeccable administration and control of their client's databases (salesforce, Siscocc) guaranteeing always to have up to date and quality information.
Maintain a healthy relationship with the owners and staff of the key accounts in charge and with the main wholesalers.
Ensure that our key accounts identify B-F as a business partner rather than a supplier.
Maintain active communication with the Wholesale team in your area to ensure a proper business process.
Impeccable budget control and bonus process (check)
Develop and execute their weekly work plan including the visit plan uploaded to the salesforce platform.
Identify and prospect potential National or Key Accounts for B-F.
- Preferred bachelor's degree with postgraduate degree in the following fields: Marketing, Business Administration, Business or related.
- 1-3 years leading on premise and/or sales teams for global consumer product brands with experience in establishing and maintaining strategic relationships and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge / Personal Skills:
Languages: English (high level for business)
Software or special programs: Office package (Excel, Word, PPT) high level, web platforms, Mac (Ipad) etc.
Knowledge of market analysis platforms. Nielsen, ISCAM, etc.
Ability to analyze and synthesize.
Knowledge in finance, marketing, effective negotiations, coaching and leadership.
