Brown-Forman Senior Commercial Demand Planning Analyst in Guadalajara, Mexico
Responsible for generating sales projections at Channel, Brand and SKU level; based on analysis of historical information extracted from Market Intelligence databases, such as Nielsen, ISCAM, customer information, macroeconomic data, promotional activities of the commercial area and marketing plans. In charge of leading the "Consensus Forecast" committee where sales volumes are agreed with the areas of Finance, Marketing and Sales; helping to make commercial and operational decisions.

Responsible for generating statistical sales projections at 12 months, on a monthly basis.
Responsible for leading the discussions of the committee of the "Consensus Forecast", based on statistical projections and with the input of the General Management, Sales, Marketing and Finance.
Responsible for the preparation of the sales forecast by client and monthly meetings with KAMS and resurrectors for validation. Based on movement trends and inventory levels by brand.
Coordination of the "Collaborative Planning" process with Kams, resellers and buyers of the main clients, thus ensuring communication between both parties.
Participation in the executive meeting of the Process "Sales and Operations Planning" (S&OP), to make relevant decisions for BFM, optimizing inventories and service level.
Participation in S&OP's monthly meeting with Louisville's global planning team and FP&A's Monthly Closing Report.
Monthly forecast error monitoring with Demand Planning.
On a monthly basis, deliver the sales rolling forecast to Demand Planning (Operations), so that in turn, it is loaded in APO/SAP R3, and the monthly production plan is generated.
Deliver BFM's sales forecast, from May to April of the following fiscal year, to the TSDP committee in Louisville (Tequila Supply Demand Planning), which will be the basis for the Master Production Planning of the operations area.

Experience in finance, demand planning, sales and operations planning, in the consumer products industry.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
English spoken and written, fluent.
Advanced Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, Access (database management),
Knowledge in: Budgets, Demand Planning, statistical techniques of Forecasting, S&OP, Production Processes, Commercial Finance, Marketing, Market Intelligence, Sales (Self-Service and Wholesalers), Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commercial Vision.
