Brown-Forman 助理销售营运经理/Assistant Sales Operations Manager in Guangdong, China

在全国销售运营经理的辅助下,为销售团队提供与销售相关的工具、系统和流程的支持,协助区域销售能够高效的达成指标。此外,这个职位的人还需要通过定期的反馈,报告和销售分析来支持销售团队,并对问题和发现与销售有充分的沟通和理解,必要时要给予销售所需的培训;负责区域相关预算,根据公司管理要求给与意见和建议。并且是销售系统和工具的主要管理和使用者。

职位描述:

折扣管理

  • 与区域销售部门协作,提供有效的支持,管理和监督折扣,确保折扣的使用合规并且是在预算内。

  • 审核折扣支持文件并在Salesforce系统中完成折扣申请

  • 与一级和二级经销商完成折扣对账

  • 与其他职能部门沟通合作,解决区域内关于折扣的所有问题。

销售工具维护与支

  • 定期检查销售工具,包括关键数据核查,数据合理性检查。

  • 与区域销售部合作,确保Salesforce中的所有数据都是更新的、准确的和唯一性。

  • 监控系统流程,指导区域销售按流程执行。

  • 为区域销售团队提供系统培训。

  • 配合IT部门进行数据加载、报表设计、系统变更等工作。

  • 销售工具不仅限于Salesforce。

报告与分析

  • 提供日常和临时的销售报告和分析,以支持区域销售业绩

  • 与区域销售经理和预算分析部门合作完成年度预算。

  • 配合区域销售经理和供应链做好季度库存预测

  • 从数据分析中找到改进的方向和机会点。

销售运营

  • 与区域销售部合作,准备销售协议,协助相关流程知道协议签署完成

  • 维护区域销售办公室的日常运作

  • 协助其他职能部门的工作需求

按要求承担临时项目或其他工

任职要求:

  • 商业运营、财务或相关专业大学本科以上学历。

  • 至少三年酒类或快速消费品跨国公司的销售运营分析或决策支持相关工作经验。

  • 优秀的人际关系技巧,能与销售团队和经销商保持良好并专业的合作关系。

  • 优秀的电脑能力。以及使用类似CRM、SAP、Salesforce.com和移动销售设备等系统的工作经验。

  • 出色的分析能力和数据判断力,最好有Tableau和Database的使用经验。

  • 积极思考,主动解决问题和以结果为导向。

  • 多任务处理能力和良好的自我管理。

  • 良好的英语写作能力。口语良好者优先考虑。

This role will be responsible for providing the sales teams selling tools and necessary training , systems and processes that support the regional to achieve their KPI effectively. In addition, the role is required to support the teams with regular feedback, reporting and sales analysis, manage regional budgets and provide guidance or suggestion according to company policy. You will also be the key user of Salesforce system plus other sales tools.

Responsibilities:

Discount Control

  • Cooperate with Regional Sales to provide effective support to manage and supervise the discount align the company guidelines and within the budget.

  • Verify the discount supporting documents and complete the discount application in the Salesforce

  • Reconcile the discount with DP and T2

  • Connect and cooperate with other functional departments to resolve the regional discount issue.

Sales Tools Maintenance and Support

  • Keep regular review on the sales tools, including master data review, data rational check.

  • Work with regional sales to keep all the data in salesforce are updated, accuracy and no duplicate.

  • Monitor the system process and guild the regional sales follow the process

  • Provide system training to the regional sales team

  • Cooperate with IT for data loading, report design, system changing etc,.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Provide routine and ad-hoc sales reporting & analysis to support regional sales performance

  • Work with Regional Sales Manager and FP&A to do the annual budget

  • Cooperate with Regional Sales Manager and Supply Chain to do the quarterly stock forecast

  • Base on the data to analysis where is the improvement and the opportunity

Sales Operation

  • Work with regional sales to prepare and cooperate the whole process to get done the sales agreements.

  • Maintain the regional sales office daily operation

  • Assist other functional department request

Undertake special projects or other works as required

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • University degree in business, finance or a related discipline.

  • 4+ years experience in a business analysis or decision support role

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment

  • Build and maintain working relationships across internal / external stakeholders

  • Excellent computer skills with Excel, PPT. and experienced with systems like CRM, SAP, SalesForce.com and mobile sales devices.

  • Strong analytical skills and document data handling and reporting to ensure consistency and validity of data

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Tableau or database experience

  • Good English writing and communication skills
