Meaningful work from Day One :

Act as Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator by administering all aspects of our online learning solutions & programs. You will work closely with the People & Organizational Development team to load courses, create curricula, manage and track registrations, provide back end training & support, act as first line customer service support, and help support virtual training production.

What You Will Do

In This Role

  • Support Global Program Management team to ensure timely execution of training activities and scheduling

  • Set up courses and associated events and sessions within the learning management system

  • Manage course registrations and monitor attendance levels for multiple courses simultaneously

  • Manage course cancellations or course rescheduling for multiple course offerings

  • Setting up workshop and event communications

  • Automating distribution of pre- and post-work requirements

  • Create, schedule and monitor reports

  • Support vendor scheduling, budget inputs, and program support as requested

  • Support daily activities related to the learning management system including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and overall maintenance

  • Provide administrative/coordination support on ad hoc or special projects as assigned by management

We Are Looking For People Who

  • Experience with administering Cloud based Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or HR Systems - Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) LMS is prefered

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to absorb technical processes and apply them

  • Ability to use analytics to identify trends and insights about learning, leadership, and people development as well as to measure impact of interventions

  • Excellent computer skills, specifically Google, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and HR/LMS Technology such as Workday, Cornerstone

  • Ability to lead and manage projects/multiple tasks, leveraging a number of different stakeholders and displaying a high degree of independent judgement and initiative

  • Excellent English written and spoken skills

Your Profile:

  • Achieved ‘A’ level standard education or similar

  • Learning & Development Administration/Coordination experience in a multi-cultural context

  • Excellent organizational skills in planning and prioritising work, to execute superbly multiple tasks under minimum supervision

  • Flexible with an interest in working within a global framework (different time zones) and an ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment
