Meaningful Work From Day One

Participate as a key member of the Supply Chain team by managing all orders from the designated market including key interaction with the 3PL partner. Primary liaison between key accounts, distributors, supply chain integration, warehouse and freight providers, IT, BF Sales and Marketing, Finance, Legal, Tax and Credit to analyze and develop a contingency plan for any order or shipping issues.

What You Can Expect

• Interaction with internal customers, corporate customer service to work on order processing, maintain stock levels, manage concerns on customer ordering issues

• Build sustainable relationship with customer accounts through open and interactive communications

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the limits, follow up to ensure resolution

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

• Overlook the delivery process for the distributors and the warehouses

• Ensure regular Transaction Reconciliation that includes GRN preparation & proper material allocation to jobs conducted by 3PL

• Coordinates the order flow of all domestic and international shipments

• Oversees the staging, scheduling, and documentation of all imported and domestically exported goods

• Develops strong lines of communication with third party logistics provider

• Purchasing acumen to manage the local purchase and sourcing

What You Bring to the Table

• Any graduate or Post graduate preferred with a relevant degree in Supply Chain/ Operations

• Good Knowledge on Supply chain and Logistics

• Understanding of Import/ Export operations

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Well versed with documentation and system implementation process in warehouses and distribution center

• Proven work experience as a Supply chain professional in the same area required, preferable work experience of 3+ years
