Meaningful Work From Day One
The purpose of this position is to provide full Payroll administration support for the Netherlands and Stein, working with the GBS Regional Payroll Process Manager - Europe • Global Business Solutions and to ensure an excellent level of service for employees
The location is flexible across Europe.
What You Can Expect
Responsible for the payroll for local employees in Amsterdam and Stein. This includes also the expatriated payroll in collaboration with global mobility and external Tax advisors to ensure the correct taxation.
Process merit and promotional increases as well as bonus payments according to the appropriate timeline, working with the HR Manager and Total Rewards team to ensure compliance with the process.
Ensure the correct registration and deregistration from the pension fund (Pillar 2) and reconciliation of the fees to be paid by the employee and BF
Manage any required liaison with external parties, e.g. Safeguard, Tax advisors, and Authorities, staying informed of new legislation and administering changes to payroll processing as required.
Assisting with preparing applications for the 30 % ruling
Answer payroll-related questions to the employees with regard to their payslips Work on improving processes such as guidelines, and handbo
What You Bring to the Table
Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Business, Law, HR, Accounting, similar
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a comparable Payroll role
Prior experience with Expatriated Payroll requirements and execution
Excellent English and Dutch language skills
Attention to detail without losing track of priorities, deadlines, and service level to HR clients.
Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels within the company & external partners.
IT & HRM systems savvy (Workday, LMS, Google tools)
Action & result oriented, team player with the ability to work independently in a multicultural environment
Strong sense of work ethics & integrity
