Our multi-functional team supports the management of external production and logistics for Brown-Forman products including Finlandia Vodka, Jack Daniels, and Gin Mare.

Working closely with the Logistics Manager, Planning, Finance, and the wider Logistics team in Finland, you will lead the logistics team and support the Brown-Forman Finland operations to ensure product availability for our supply chain and manage inventory. Through continuous development of the planning process, you will optimize supply based on varying demand, improving rolling 12 months demand/supply planning process.

What You Will Do in This Role

Through key service providers, the logistics team, and key customers of BFF supply chain, you will drive Demand planning, Supply planning and Logistic

• Interface with critical processes at Brown-Forman and Brown-Forman Finland: Logistics – Co packers - Markets - Suppliers - etc.

• Lead and support the logistics team - developing the team’s expertise, ensuring wellbeing and building a one team culture

• Responsibility for the Demand and Supply planning operations across BFF to BF, ensuring supply to meet demand of 100 + M€ is planned to minimize cost and maintain high customer service level and low inventory levels

• Continuous improvement of the Demand - Supply planning process and function

• Continuous improvement of planning process and function

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction, with high customer service level (CSL) and low COGS

• Responds to the accuracy of the sales forecast

• Execution of production planning – Cost efficiency and low inventory levels. In addition, the impact on the best before costs is significant

• Material supply planning process part of S&OP

• Cooperation with sourcing when deciding on purchasing volumes and dates, as well as emergency stocks, particular exceptional circumstances

• S&OP Facilitation

• Decisions on whether to produce or create out of stock situations in case of significant challenges in the supply chain

• Demand and Supply Planning tool development requirements

• Demand and Supply Planning process development and consistent documentation

• Identifying areas for digitalization and disruption to ensure

We Are Looking For People Who

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration (BBA), Production or Engineering

• 3-5 years Demand Planning and Supply chain experience ideally in FMCG environment

• Fluent in written & spoken Finnish and English

• Process and people leadership within supply chain environment

• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
