Location: Louisville, KY
Meaningful Work From Day One:
Responsible for overall account management by assuming a leadership role for relationships, communication, and coordination
Support coordinating all cross-function support for account fulfillment
Responsible for supporting regional ePremise roles throughout the country; coordinating programming and execution
Create customer-focused win-win initiatives that enhance B-F and customer relationship and profitability
Collaborate with respective B-F stakeholders including US&C Integrated Communication and brand teams
Supports the US&C ePremise Business Development manager in improving the processes and implementation of marketplaces media programming and evaluating results
Communicates best practices and helps to optimize the overall communications process and tools for marketplaces in US&C
This role is responsible for completing the post-program analysis and provide support for future customer meetings
Working in Partnership: This role actively partners and collaborates with a variety of stakeholders, including, ePremise, IMC group, regional teams, and US Brand Management.
Build distributor cadence to ensure distributions meet expectations
What You Can Expect:
Works with the US&C ePremise Business Development Manager and ePremise Business Specialist to plan, execute and evaluate the following:
Marketplace Programming including but not limited to Drizly, ReserveBar, Provi, and Sevenfifty: Implement ePremise Programs
Participates in the development of the media and marketing programming and leads the activation in collaboration ePremise Specialist and Business Development Manager
Works with ePremise and IMC teams to maintain an understanding of account eCommerce strategy and works with Digital Shelf Specialist to maintain an understanding of current capabilities, future capabilities, algorithms, etc.
Ensures all customer and ePremise marketing assets meet Brown-Forman Legal and Compliance requirements in partnership with IMC and Brand teams
Develops campaign execution recaps to share across Brown-Forman stakeholders
Collaborates with other ePremise segments (Omnichannel and eTailers) to meet the needs of overarching ePremise strategic pillars
Content: Organizing, sourcing, and managing content
Works closely with US Brand Teams, agency, and e-premise teams on marketplace content needs, ensuring that best use is made of existing assets
Manages marketplace content (rights, BAR+, etc.) to ensure world-class and prioritized content
Maintains & updates US&C marketplace content calendar(s)
Works with US IMC Manager, legal, and compliance to ensure communications are aligned with digital and media compliance guidelines as well as inclusive and responsible marketing best practices
Campaign Evaluation: Data & Analytics
Analyze and manage reporting media and digital shelf performance/ strategy effectiveness for assigned marketplace accounts to relevant internal stakeholders
This role is also responsible for sharing best practices and results of campaigns with stakeholders to constantly optimize our communication programs
What Exactly Are We Looking For?
Undergraduate Degree or higher
2-3 years working client and/ or agency side in media and marketing disciplines
Consumer brand experience in this field is a must for this role ideally in fast-moving consumer goods or luxury brand company
Demonstrated experience across media, social, online video, CRM, search, website, data and analytics, content, and e-commerce.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all members of the extended brand teams and seeks the opportunity to collaborate and communicate across multiple channels
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and organize tasks and schedule
A growth mindset and motivated to reach higher levels of success through the development of new skills within an ever-changing eCommerce environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently and work through ambiguity. Ability to think logically and creatively to develop solutions to the problems or obstacles
Excellent strategic and tactical skills; demonstrated ability to implement and adapt national programs to the field
Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand growth strategy.
PC proficient in google products (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
What Sets You Apart:
Certifications: Broad-based business education such as Business Degree
Ideally, the candidate will have a combination of client and agency experience or have extensive experience in client management at the agency side.
Experience in working with media and creative agencies in the US.
