Brown-Forman HR Manager Turkey in Istanbul, Turkey
The HR Manager is part of the local team and participates in designing HR&OE strategies as well as takes part in the change management process in terms of research, projects implementation and then post-assessment phases. The position plays a vital role in design, adaptation, delivery and execution of HR strategies and acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and line managers in the cluster.
The incumbent is responsible to lead the HR area for Turkey. The incumbent will create, guide, drive and deliver the HR projects to ensure effective HR advisory and operational support to local management team, line managers and employees. He/she will ensure the correct and compliant execution of all the HR processes, in close collaboration with business leaders and Area HR Director.
The HR Manager works also as part of multi-disciplinary project teams to enable the breaking down of divisional and departmental barriers and to encourage the concept of both internal and external partnerships working.
He/she serves as an influential HR business partner managing the day to day HR processes across organization (all functions), facilitates the execution of BF Turkey’s business strategies through people and organizational development. Ensure the business goals, objectives and initiatives are supported through the execution of HR strategies, policies and procedures.

University degree or equivalent experience. Substation experience HR generalist role with deeper knowledge on labor law and best in class HR practices. Excellent communication skills. Turkish language will be considered as advantage
