Brown-Forman Super Premium Brand Manager in Istanbul, Turkey
What You Will Do in This Role
The successful incumbent of this role will assume the brand building responsibility of BF Super Premium brands and will contribute to the growth of the brands by driving the local strategy, new launches and pushing growth on pillar products through the implementation of executional excellence. The successful candidate will be following and managing the designated A&P budget and analyze market and consumer data to create action points towards brand strategy and vision. This individual will demonstrate the ability to make our consumers and partners passionate about our brands. The new addition to our team will lead agency partners and will actively participate in Brand Planning processes.
What You Will Experience:
Development and deployment of SPP strategy for the local market
Contribution to regional and global brand/corporate initiatives by being part of working groups and meetings
Annual brand plan development for SPP
Develop and implement tactical plans and activities from the brand plan
Based on strategic objectives from the brand plan, develop, execute & measure activation & communication plans for specific areas e.g. Digital, Retail, PR & On-Trade
Manage SPP A&P budget and keep track of the marketing spending for the led activities. Ensure document flow accuracy and compliance for respective projects
Actively collaborate with Brand Advocacy, Sales and TM teams in development and execution of required retail and on-trade POP standards
Monitor and report on monthly basic key competitive activities as well as Nielsen reports in whisky category. Perform regular market visits (on-and off-trade) to gain knowledge and observations about the market and consumers
What You Bring to the Table
College/University degree or equivalent experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
6+ years of experience in marketing environment.
Solid Brand Management Experience gained in an agency or FMCG company is a must.
Experience in agency management.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally
Proven success working in a fast paced, complex environment
Fluency in English and Turkish
