This exciting role of Credit & Cash Apps Analyst is responsible for facilitating, coordinating financial accounting, reporting, and analytical activities with a focus on communicating quantitative and qualitative information in a clear, accurate, and timely manner with a focus on UK accounts receivable issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all account receivables in cooperation with the Customer Service team and the sales force

  • Implement appropriate credit policies, processes and limits for every customer as well as periodic updates, working closely with Commercial Finance and other stakeholders

  • Assist in preparing of VAT returns and other tax functions

  • Create and maintain accounts receivable files and other financial records

  • Manage the operational execution of billing and invoicing

  • Work with the Rebates Manager and Customer Services Manager regarding cash application and related rebate programs

  • Prepare regular periodic and special accounting reports

  • Other ad-hoc duties may also be required to help support the local accounting team

Experience

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related area, relevant finance qualifications and have extensive experience in accounting and credit control. Previous experience in wine/spirits or luxury FMCG industries is preferable.
