Brown-Forman European Recruiter (6 months contract) in London, United Kingdom

Job Description:


This role will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of talent acquisition process for junior and middle management position across all functions (Marketing, Finance, Sales, Production). This role is part of a collaborative global talent acquisition team that uses innovative tools and techniques to provide an exceptional experience for hiring teams and candidates.


  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop hiring strategy and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc)

  • Brown-Forman uses an aspirational talent Acquisition model in placing top talent, so it is imperative that the person is fully versed in full life cycle recruitment including top sourcing approaches to attract strong candidates. We will also require the candidate to have diversity recruiting experience.

  • Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Talen Acquisition Manager

  • Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Talen Acquisition Manager, Human Resource Business Partner and Hiring Manager as required.

  • Solicit referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires.

  • responsible for learning and following the current Brawn-Forman TA processes, standards and best practices

  • Participate in Talent Acquisition Projects


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in full cycle recruiter experience, with a wide variety of job disciplines preferably in FMCG

  • International sourcing and recruiting skills.

  • Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and colleagues

  • Demonstrated ability to resolve recruiting related problems and negotiate resolutions internally and with candidates

  • Demonstrated strong PC skills
