The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for select brand performance across all GTR channels. The role will liaise with key global brand teams, GTR leadership and GTR commercial partners to build strategies and consumer marketing plans annually which deliver upon identified brand business objectives within the Travel Retail channels and US Military. This role is responsible for brand goal setting, on-going performance reporting/monitoring as well as reporting back on results to the wider organization. People management includes the management and development of AMM 's (Area Marketing Manager's) in Europe, along with matrix management of Customer Marketing Specialist in IMENA GTR.
Team Leadership: Management of Area Marketing Managers to oversee execution of global platforms. Ensures global consistency while nurturing local creativity and relevancy. Collaborate with AMMs to evaluate and optimize programs and identify actionable insights.
Brand Management/Marketing : Will handle all aspects of shopper marketing for identified brands. Principal contact for GBTs, GTR leadership, GTR Marketing, B-F Design, legal and commercial teams for select brands.
Innovation : Work with GBTs in launching new items within the GTR product range on select brands. Participate in the early ideation, product development.
New Product Commercialization : Work with key GBTs, B-F Design, and supply in order to get products in market on-time with the correct presentation.
Toolkit Developmen t: Develop appropriate communication platforms and tools relevant to the GTR customer.
What do we need from you?
People Management experience
Able to identify challenges, suggest/take appropriate action and identify future opportunities for growth. Utilizing brand P&Ls, pricing/discounting, GP analytics etc.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to travel regularly, based on the needs of the business.
Experience in an international business environment.
