This exciting role of P2P Analyst, based in London, has responsibility for facilitating, coordinating financial accounting, reporting, and analytical activities with a focus on communicating quantitative and qualitative information in a clear, accurate, and timely manner with a focus on UK accounts payable issues
Manage the accounts payable process including processing invoices, resolving vendor/customer issues and ensuring processing standard and compliance
Perform account payable analysis including monthly account reconciliations and invoice reports for internal processing and operational KPI’s
Manage the workflow of invoices from buyers to approvers, building effective relationships with internal and external customers
Develop and maintain the SAP invoicing system, acting as a Subject Matter Expert, leveraging system skills to further accounts payable advances
Support the Senior Global Payment Analyst, including maintaining Vendor Bank Master data in SAP and generating domestic and international payments.
Responsible for training end users on invoice processing procedures, maintaining and updating documentation and training materials
Other ad-hoc duties may also be required to help support the local accounting team
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or a related area and have experience in an automated ERP invoice processing environment. Previous experience in wine/spirits or luxury FMCG industries and experience working with SAP and COUPA are preferable.
