This exciting role of P2P Analyst, based in London, has responsibility for facilitating, coordinating financial accounting, reporting, and analytical activities with a focus on communicating quantitative and qualitative information in a clear, accurate, and timely manner with a focus on UK accounts payable issues

Responsibilities

  • Manage the accounts payable process including processing invoices, resolving vendor/customer issues and ensuring processing standard and compliance

  • Perform account payable analysis including monthly account reconciliations and invoice reports for internal processing and operational KPI’s

  • Manage the workflow of invoices from buyers to approvers, building effective relationships with internal and external customers

  • Develop and maintain the SAP invoicing system, acting as a Subject Matter Expert, leveraging system skills to further accounts payable advances

  • Support the Senior Global Payment Analyst, including maintaining Vendor Bank Master data in SAP and generating domestic and international payments.

  • Responsible for training end users on invoice processing procedures, maintaining and updating documentation and training materials

  • Other ad-hoc duties may also be required to help support the local accounting team

Experience

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or a related area and have experience in an automated ERP invoice processing environment. Previous experience in wine/spirits or luxury FMCG industries and experience working with SAP and COUPA are preferable.
