Brown-Forman Recruiter, UK - 6 Month FTC in London, United Kingdom
This exciting role of Recruiter based in London has the responsibility of providing support to the Talent Acquisition team through the recruitment life cycle of UK recruits, including administrative and compliance support for the talent acquisition process. Reporting jointly to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner and Senior HR Manager, the successful candidate will manage internal stakeholders and candidate relationships as well working collaboratively with Human Resources with the goal to attract and recruit top talent to Brown-Forman UK.
Responsible for conducting interviews in collaboration with HR and line management
Proactively source candidates for roles across Brown-Forman, screening CV’s, creating longlists for hiring managers and contacting applicants to schedule interviews and assessment centres
Ensure a stellar candidate experience for all applicants, including providing prompt and detailed feedback
Work closely with hiring managers and HR to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements of the role
Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers, human resources and candidates
Support Talent Acquisition Business Partner in developing and executing diversity recruiting focused strategies
Oversee recruitment administration, including arranging locations, materials and times for interviews
This role requires experience in recruitment in a multinational company preferably FMCG. Understanding of 360 recruitment and modern talent acquisition tools.
