Brown-Forman B-F Hospitality Kitchen Assistant in Louisville, Kentucky
Job Description Summary This position will be hired through Brown-Forman's internal temporary pool. The position will support the Food Services team which serves Brown-Forman executives, employees, and their guests.

This may vary based on business needs. The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. Scheduled weekly hours is 35.
Perform warewashing duties in food service areas. Maintain general cleanliness for kitchen, storage, and service areas. Assist with basic food preparation as directed by the chef. Must comply with company sanitation and safety policies.
Operate and maintain sanitation of Hobart dish washing machine
General Cleaning of Dish machine Daily and Weekly to insure clean and sanitary dishes as well as clean and lime free dish machine.
Hand wash pots and pans in three compartment sink and maintain proper sanitation of sink
Basic food preparation including portioning, chopping, and accurately storing prepared foods
Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions
Empty trash cans in kitchen and transport trash to proper areas for pickup
Maintains sanitation of kitchen and storage areas according to Jefferson County Health Department standards
Wash walls, door, and food preparation surfaces of Bourbon Street Café
Sweep and mop floors in kitchen and storage areas
Store food, supplies, and other deliveries in proper areas, adhering to FIFO standards
Inspect and accept supply deliveries
Performs other duties as assigned
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
ServSafe certification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in culinary production environment
