Job Summary:

Supports the BF SCI Business Processes and Technical Process and Infrastructure Management (TPIM) teams' data analysis, product development, product specifications, process improvement and metrics activities to support the manufacture and sales of BFB spirits & wine brands.

Supports Business Processes by developing product/market mandatory labeling requirements, SKU Rationalization Process, gift processes, special projects, slow moving analysis and metrics. Supports TPIM in maintaining the product specifications database, customer product portfolio management, process improvement activities and metrics.

Job Responsibilities:

Supports activities for required changes to labels, cartons, or other packaging supplies as needed in the market place adhering to local government mandatory regulations. Completes analysis of market portfolio, material inventory and historical performance of each material for transition recommendations. Works with and directs production personnel in coordinating manual packing, sticker application etc. as needed.

Supports the Global promotional package program with the defining and developing market specific label and sticker requirements and directing Purchasing on requirements by production location. Responsible for providing Bill of Material direction to Product Engineers. Responsible for providing total volumes of raw material components to Purchasing and External Manufacturing. Leads European production facilities promotional packaging program by bringing stakeholders together to coordinate the purchasing, packaging and master data setup. Provides back up to SKU Administration in directing the multi-departmental Gift Council in planning, problem solving and communicating inter-departmentally to ensure the timely delivery of various promotional programs.

Participate on Process Improvement teams and lead Special Projects as directed (i.e. employee product sale, Project Management Office). Provide Metrics on key Business Processes and TPIM activities. Provides supporting analysis as required.

Manages Plant and FA&O Slow-moving/Obsolete inventory report to identify, analyze and offer solutions to the appropriate disposition of finished and raw materials associated with each. Monitors the costs associated with any write-off/destruction of any obsolete packaging supplies. Communicates with Finance and markets to ensure resolution of SMOG. Analyses SKU shipment performance against SKU Rationalization projection and maintains performance metrics. Maintains and updates Key Metrics as identified for job performance measurements. Support bi-annual employee product sale.

Maintain SAP SKU data on product bottle and case specifications for building Product Information Forms.

Maintains International Customer Product Portfolios (Customer Listings) for order writing. Includes researching shipment history, inventory levels, brand team approvals and market history to recommend the product to best meet market's requirements. Perform bi-annual cleanup of all Customer Listings.

Required Experience & Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain related technical field with 0 - 2 years supply chain related experience; or an Associate’s Degree and two plus years experience with knowledge of customer service, materials planning, production and packaging development; or five years equivalent education/experience combination.

• Experience operating PC and operation software’s such as Excel, Microsoft Word, Windows, Google Sheet and Google Document.

Preferred Experience & Education:

Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent);

Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree

• Proven knowledge of the production process and multi-plant logistic operations involving high level shipping activities plus the corresponding knowledge of customer service related activities.
