This position is responsible for managing the delivery of IT business applications and reporting solutions and services utilizing a variety of applications. The Manager, Business Applications supervises and coordinates the prioritization, analysis, evaluation and development of software applications for the global organization. This position will assess need and make solution recommendations to the assigned business units, implement new functionality and improvements for business processes utilizing integrated system technologies (e.g. Coupa, Concur, Thomson Reuters One source) where appropriate. Position responsibilities include managing the delivery team as well as architecting solution design and providing solution support.

Analyze business systems to determine effectiveness. Identify inadequacies, inefficiencies and problems and recommend solutions. Develop system specifications. Coordinate application software development where necessary.
Assess business partner/function needs and/or business process requirements; analyzes structure and flow of work and data that support needs; evaluates possible solutions and implements and/or recommends solutions. Manage business partner/ function relations and expectations.
Simultaneously manage and/or participate in enterprise-wide projects/assignments with a high degree of complexity and change management components. Act as the primary liaison to key business clients and technology resources, coordinating requirements definition for multiple strategic initiatives.
Directly interface with process owners and super users in the development of business requirements. Serve as in-house expert on enterprise-wide technologies (e.g. Coupa, Concur, One source), business processes and end-user information delivery tools.
Responsible for understanding all Business Systems and Processes in support of Direct/Indirect Procurement and is an essential resource for the implementation of these procurement systems.
Responsible for creation and maintenance of Business Scenarios, Business Process Testing, and Quality Assurance of production system changes. Establish and enforce standardization of business processes and technologies within IT and among operating unit business users.
Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization to ensure project success and user needs are identified and met. Participate in/on a variety of meetings, groups, and/or committees to communicate and confer about process analysis of existing procedures and systems, determine cost/benefit and complexities of new processes and projects, prepare for testing, discuss the roll-out of new projects and software upgrades, and/or discuss other applicable issues.
Enhance and maintain current enterprise systems by providing support to the business community and rolling out enhancements and upgrades.
Required Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field.
10 or more years of relevant work experience in IT applications.
Understanding of the core functions of Procurement, Invoicing and Supply Chain processes
Coupa configuration experience, and Coupa \ SAP integrations experience are required
Proven expertise in managing IT projects, budgets,vendors and a team
Ability to work in a high pressure environment, meet deadlines, and simultaneously develop, deploy and coordinate multiple projects.
Preferred Experience and Education :
Experience leading change by implementing enterprise-wide business planning and processing applications, and knowledge of integration points with SAP, Workday, Google, and Salesforce.
Experience with content management and document imaging applications.

Requires the ability to perform workflow analysis and translate the outcome into definable software functionality.
The ability to exercise considerable individual judgment and initiative in conducting the necessary facilitation and resolution of application/system design.
Contractor and vendor relationship experience, particularly regarding Coupa, including Software Licensing and Professional Services agreements, outsourcing service models, and ASP / hosting agreements.
