The People Strategy and Analytics Manager will play a critical role in the growth of our People Strategy, Innovation, and Analytics function. The ideal candidate will be team oriented, proactive in bringing forward new thinking, and have both great communication and analytical skills. This role will lead our Master Data & Analytics team, providing guidance and direction to execute our people strategy through data management and people analytics. The role will also be responsible for Brown-Forman’s succession planning process, and will serve as a critical thought partner in our people strategy and analytics work.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and leadership to our global People Strategy & Analytics team

  • Lead key People Strategy & Analytic projects (Global master data transition, Engagement, D&I, etc.)

  • Lead the succession planning process with the support of our Global Talent Management Specialist

  • Ability to analyze large data-sets and provide key findings/visualizations for use with senior leadership

  • Communicate results to business and functional leaders

  • Build presentations/visualizations to help communicate findings

  • Ability to deliver on tight timelines and move quickly, while maintaining attention to detail

  • Develop effective relationships with our key stakeholders, including accounting, finance, HR, legal and Senior Leaders

  • Act as a thought partner, and assist with key People Strategy, Innovation, Analytics, and Compensation projects, as needed/desired.

Required Experience/Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Analytics or related field

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR, Strategy and/or Analytics

  • Experience building leader-level communications

  • Experience building leader-level analytics

  • Experience managing projects, project teams, and critical timelines

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.

  • Creative thinking and problem solving, with a commitment to high performance and accuracy

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and high curiosity

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of HRIS Systems, particularly Workday

  • Knowledge of Tableau, Python, SQL, or any other related analytic tools

  • Experience leading/developing a team

Salary Grade: 31 4B

Location: Louisville, KY
