What You Will Experience
Leadership
Serve as coach and leader to direct report (1BF) ensuring they progress in their roles, preparing them for future opportunities.
Partner and work collaboratively with regional and local leadership team members which include, Cluster Finance Manager, Portfolio FMM, and Operations Manager
Monitor business performance of team through frequent engagement, standardized performance reviews, and personal development plans
Ensure local and regional extended team remains clear on objectives and prioritization of those goals & priorities
Conduct monthly team meetings to ensure alignment and consistency of message, method and review state priorities
Lead high level team business execution across the market while ensuring all business practices are compliant with state regulations
Planning & Analysis
Manage and build brand sales/marketing plans and budgets to meet or exceed the net sales targets
Lead strategic business decisions within the state.
Collaborate to build and communicate fiscal year portfolio commercial plans to local Broker/DistributorLeadership.
Lead pricing strategies that align with BF national and regional brand standards.
Analyze and plan on-premise, off-premise, e-premise channels along with sub-channel business by tertile.
Lead evaluation and adjustment to plans based on performance and success in the market.
Monitor and communicate competitive consumer pricing activity and recommend changes or necessary adjustments
Serve as local conduit for implementation and evaluation of all National/Regional Retail programming, execution and evaluation.
Distributor/Agency Management
Lead, coach and develop (3 RNDC) BF dedicated Key Account Managers
Partner with Portfolio FMM on coaching and development of (2 Greenhouse) Brand Ambassadors
Serves as the primary contact with local distributor leadership & partners, providing oversight of business management and execution
Responsible for the execution of all commercial and channel plans with local distributor team, holding them accountable to agreed upon targets/goals
Monitor and measure performance of all broker/distributor activities that affect B-F brands
Reconcile and consistently manage brand spending, activity support and distributor investment funds
Apply responsible conduct and behavior to all things that you do that affect our company, products, broker/distributor, and customers
What Exactly Are We Looking For?
Bachelor’s degree plus 5-7 years sales experience or 10+ years of sales experience (Beverage alcohol industry preferred).
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and maintain effective working relationships with broker/distributor and key accounts and all internal stakeholders.
Team leader: Able to build and sustain long-term business relationships, develop results-producing teams, across multiple functions, and with strategic partners.
Action-oriented: Responds in a timely and effective manner to business issues and opportunities.
Highly organized: Excellent communicator capable of meeting multiple deadlines and leading various projects simultaneously.
Literate with spreadsheet programs (such as Excel & Google Sheets), word processing programs (such as Word & Google Docs), presentation programs (such as PowerPoint & Google Slides) and communication platforms (such as G-Mail).
Must be able and willing to travel (by air and car) 30% of the time.
Must have a valid state driver’s license.
