Brown-Forman Temporary Administrative Assistant Support in Louisville, Kentucky
This is a short term temporary assignment for approximately 3 months, that will be hired through Brown-Forman’s Reserve Power team.

Coordinates meeting schedules and activities involving internal and external individuals,groups, and organizations.
Secures and confirms travel arrangements and hotel accommodations, adhering to travel policies. Communicates with travel agency.
Handles and processes complex, sensitive, and confidential correspondence.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and other material.
Audits Expense Reports and reconciles discrepancies with Corporate Accounting.
Performs expense entry and tracking.
Plans and coordinates monthly, quarterly, and special meetings
Performs special projects for the department as required.
Works with meeting planning and leads the development and execution of team meetings.
Minimum of five years serving in an administrative office/functional role (preferably supporting Executive Leadership / C-Suite), including significant administrative support, organizing and completing multiple projects with limited direction.
Demonstrated proficiency creating presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides, generating and analyzing reports in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and developing documents in Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills; ability to compose final draft memos/projects/reports; excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills. Ability to produce finished material from basic instructions.
Ability to work multiple projects independently and execute responsibilities through effective planning and organization in a high-volume, multiple time zones, deadline oriented environment.
Strong professional presence and communication with the team, field personnel, agencies and other external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to act with initiative, good judgment and discretion on tasks.
Proven ability to efficiently handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize heavy workload in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Adept at navigating online resources and platforms.
Ability to perform general office functions with minimal supervision.
