Brown-Forman Temporary Administrator / Project Support in Louisville, Kentucky
Brown-Forman seeks a temporary employee to fill temporary roles throughout the organization. Current assignment is 4 month assignment providing administrative and project support.
Must be available to work full-time for 4 months.
Bachelor's Degree and one or two year’s equivalent education/experience combination.
Ability to work proactively and independently. Be able to execute responsibilities with planning and organization in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment.
Ability to organize/complete multiple projects with limited direction; and perform work with accuracy and attention to detail amidst frequent interruptions.
Excellent skills to exercise initiative, good judgment, discretion and maturity in response to requests for data, issue resolutions and the ability to handle confidential information and documents.
Strong project management skills
Demonstrated ability to recommend and implement effective office procedures and processes.
Strong technical aptitude including a demonstrated proficiency at an advanced level using Microsoft office, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Gmail.
Excellent organization skills and sound judgment to manage work flow with ability to keep abreast of many details
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and to develop and maintain effective work relationships with all levels of personnel which include internal senior leadership and external clients.
Knowledge of the beverage alcohol industry.
