Brown-Forman Temporary Digital Marketing Specialist in Louisville, Kentucky
This is a temporary assignment with Brown-Forman’s Reserve Power.
The Temporary Digital Specialist supports the Brown-Forman Cabinet, National Account & Route-to-Consumer (RTC) to organize & manage digital assets for the brands, as well as, update Retailer partners ePremise platforms with Brown-Forman digital assets. In partnership with key partners ensures NAR digital assets are accurately cataloged to provide consistency among Brown-Forman’s portfolio of brands. In addition, the Specialist also provides support on managing the portfolio digital advertising for key Retail Customers.
Overview of Responsibilities:
Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to support the management of digital shelf for top 10 National Retail Accounts (i.e. Kroger, Albertson’s Co., Walmart, Target, etc.) , Amazon, regional retailers & sevenfifty.com. Areas of focus are:
Leverage Clavis’s performance analysis to organize digital shelf analysis recommendation and share with key Brown-Forman stakeholders (Communications, Brand, RTC, etc)
Maintain and update digital shelf pages for key accounts including to brand ePremise specifications and ensure consistency across all retailer ePremise platforms
Manage and update new content submission process with brand teams and agency partners
Manage external site access and troubleshooting
Support the National Account teams’ requests from specific accounts and create workflows
Partner with Digital Content Specialist on organizing, gathering and communicating digital shelf & branded content tools for BF Cabinet to Brown-Forman field team
Partner with Digital Marketing Manager on identifying branded & portfolio content and brand activation that would be leverage for National Retail Accounts or Cheerstothehost.com
Administer for the processes and tools used to manage our social media environment (Facebook Business Mgr., Pinterest, CheerstotheHost.com, User Access)
Partner with Digital Marketing Managers, Customer Marketing Managers and agency partners to execute annual digital content and media plans for top 10 National Accounts & Amazon
Maintaining content and social media calendar
Site maintenance / uploading content for social channels and web site
Craft and manage ePremise marketing plans for key retailers to drive Brown-Forman value share
BA degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
Well-versed in the digital world – ability to work within social media platforms and understand web development
Experience with digital media planning or buying
Project management skills
Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills; attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Strong quantitative analytical skills
Strong technical skills
Experience in analysis of digital marketing activities
English speaking and writing ability
