Brown-Forman Total Rewards Business Partner - USA and Canada (Remote Work Location Available) in Louisville, Kentucky

This position exists to deliver comprehensive total rewards initiatives and programs which support our philosophy of providing total rewards that are attractive, fair, and equitable. This person is expected to develop, deliver, and communicate total rewards programs that enable B-F to remain a competitive employer as well as adhere to guidelines that promote our culture and values.
What You Can Expect:
Support all Total Rewards needs for an assigned area of the business through alignment with established TR strategies and policies.
Conducts analysis of pay competitiveness and pay equity across assigned areas.
Acts as the primary subject matter expert and go-to person for assigned area for all compensation and benefits programs. These programs include Global Job Levels, annual merit/bonus program, global mobility, fleet, health, wellness and retirement. Conducts frequent analysis of trends.
Partner with Total Rewards Operations and Compliance on regulatory changes affecting U.S. benefits and ensure plans and practices are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Undertakes job evaluations as needed and recommends individual pay changes for all levels of employee from Executive to Professional including the customization of mobility packages.
Supports the development and integration of new and/or existing rewards programs, policies and procedures to ensure that programs are market competitive, internally equitable, and cost effective.
Serve as Project Manager for U.S. Annual Enrollment including recommendation of new vendor partners, updating employee communications and partnering with Total Rewards Operations and HR Business partners on implementation.
Undertakes total rewards projects as requested. Acts as primary point of contact for clients on projects and initial source of issue escalation.
The chief total rewards influencer and educator for the assigned area. Meets frequently with HRBPs, managers and employees at all levels to ensure understanding, listens to ideas and concerns, and to maximize perceived value of programs.
Act as Be Well @ B-F champion and program leader as needed.
We Are Looking For People Who:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent including substantial post qualification related experience in compensation and U.S. benefit programs.
General understanding of Workday human capital management system.

Superior ability to create financial models using excel/sheets to assist with plan design.
Refined written and verbal communications skills. Ability to adjust messages to all levels and technical abilities.
Expertise in total rewards principles and design.
Collaborative approach - connects work to others within the business and function to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Deep knowledge of statistical techniques used to analyze a variety of internal and external total rewards data, including both descriptive and inferential methods.
