Brown-Forman Jack Daniel's Barrel Resource Account Coordinator in Lynchburg, Tennessee

Meaningful Work from Day One... Working under the direction of the Warehouse Fulfillment Supervisor, the Barrel Resource Account Coordinator manages the client to vendor relationship for all barrel products including, but not limited to, handling accounts, trafficking of work, development of content, delivery of content across multiple platforms, and monitoring vendor facilities.

What You Can Expect...

Oversee the production of all Brown-Forman branded wood products: Jack Daniel’s, Old Forester, Woodford Reserve, Coopers’ Craft, Sonoma-Cutrer (Etc.).

Liaison for Jack Daniel Distillery and Brown-Forman specialty branded barrel needs.

Licensee for the Jack Daniel brand logo for barrel crafted.

Update and maintain all paperwork for OPSEC and Prop 65, ensuring the warehouse facility and all vendors are compliant.

Purchasing coordinator for 3rd party vendors selling barrel products; Image seller, Summit, and Nashville General Store.

Quality control for all barrels and related products.

Onsite visit to vendor facilities to ensure they are abiding by their contract.

Provide communication and feedback as needed on goods produced.

Review artwork proofs for proper application of logo on new concepts and prototypes.

Manage inventory levels at the warehouse to ensure there is proper stock for the Lynchburg Hardware &General Store.

We Are Looking For People Who...

Have 3+ years working with inventory operations including but not limited to creating purchase and mail orders, domestic and international shipments (Freight), and warehouse inventory management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills, maintaining good positive business relationships with both internal (JD, B/F, LH&GS/Barrel Shop) and external customers. Demonstrated analytical problem-solving ability. High level of multitasking capabilities. Ability to learn and operate different computer systems/programs. Proficient in Windows, Word, and Excel. Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach out with the body. Must be able to carry up to 25lbs. High School Diploma or GED.

What You Can Add To The Team...

Associates or Bachelors Degree in a Business related area.

Licensed tow motor operator.

Previous purchasing experience.

Previous retail inventory experience.
