Meaningful Work From Day One:

The CPFR generates a forecast of displacement and purchase per SKU/store in collaboration with the customer's re-stocking area, allowing for an optimal level of inventory and service.

It identifies and takes advantage of opportunities that help the company to achieve its distribution, exhibition and sales objectives.

What You Can Expect:

  • Inventory analysis - act in a timely manner to avoid shortages and over-target inventories

  • Consultation, download and management of information in the portals of the main self-service chains, and generation of reports that allow for timely decision-making.

  • Generation of sales reports and customer indicators.

  • Elaboration and sending of suggested orders to the purchasing department and re-supplying in order to promote the achievement of our sales objectives and the care of the chain's metrics.

  • Measurement of supply indicators: fill rate and in instock.

  • We work together with the chain's restocking and internal logistics to maintain/improve supply indicators.

  • Coordination with Trade Marketing to measure and maintain optimal execution of POS activities.

  • Elaboration of weekly and monthly scorecards Participation in the review of indicators, forecasts and planning parameters of internal and customer. Participation in 90-60-30 meetings.

  • Consolidation of Sell In, Sell Out and Inventory information at SKU/point of sale level.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in, Administration, Engineer, Finance.

  • Previous experience managing the Walmart chain.

  • 3 to 5 years in similar positions analyzing market information, indicators, retail link.

  • Office management (Access and Excel)

  • Extensive knowledge and management of the Retail Link information system.

  • Experience in the area of self-service chain re-supply.

  • Key Costumer Management experience.

  • Consistently uses customer and market information (Nielsen/Iscam) to detect business opportunities with your customer.

  • Communication with internal/external customers to generate mutual growth in a sustainable manner.

  • Create tailor-made opportunities to achieve customer goals.

  • Revenue Management experience.

  • Demonstrates ability to analyze financial information (Promotional Profitability).

  • Ability to achieve actions based on available financial information.

  • Shopper Activation Experience.

  • Reaches agreements with internal clients (marketing, trade marketing, finance...) and external clients, to develop initiatives that develop our brands with our customers.

  • Knowledge in Compliance.
