This role can be based in Mexico and/or Brazil.
Meaningful Work From Day One:
This position proactively sources external talent for current and future job openings based on the output of internal workforce planning and external market insights. This role will identify and leverage multiple talent sourcing solutions (including social networks, internet search and data mining) to support HR and Recruiting teams to source, build a talent pipeline, screen and shortlist candidates.
What You Can Expect:
Partners with HR to conduct labor market research and develop innovative and proactive strategies to source and pipeline high-quality candidates for assigned business units in advance of openings.
Builds and maintains talent pipelines for current, future and routinely-filled job openings, focusing on engaging passive candidates.
Supports Recruiters on difficult/critical talent searches to identify, contact and screen candidates who meet job requirements for openings. Conducts initial candidate screening to short-list qualified interested talent for Recruiters.
Builds and maintains effective network/relationships with local external organizations to create talent pipeline opportunities in the community and/or relevant organizations (e.g. local universities or functional associations).
Proactively builds and leverages the Brown-Forman Talent Community (CRM) and maintains relationships with top talent between/in advance of openings.
Represents Recruiting in special projects/sourcing initiatives that may include college recruiting, co-op/internship sourcing, job fairs, etc.
Continuously seeks new, innovative and local tools and ways to enhance the sourcing process.

What You Bring to the Table:
2+ years experience in Talent Sourcing, Recruiting or general HR role involved in the recruitment and selection of talent
General knowledge of recruiting best practices
Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks on a regular basis. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Technically savvy- quickly able to master new technology, recruiting tools, databases, websites and social media
Excellent communication, collaboration and organization skills
Ability to build strong relationships throughout all levels and across cultures, both internally and external to the organization
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
What Makes You Unique:
Strong understanding of Boolean search logic; experience using internet working tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and professional networks
Certified People Sourcing Professional/AIRS Certified Recruiter or higher certification, with demonstrated experience using these skills to source candidates
