Meaningful Work From Day One

The role will give the candidate the opportunity to drive E-commerce business for Brown-Forman touching mainly 3 areas:

  1. Commercial business development

  2. Trade/Customer marketing

  3. New business development.

The assignment will give exposure to all aspects of E-Commerce business across the European region, interacting with diverse countries, cultures and teams. The role is key in stepping change the E-commerce business in the assigned area of responsibility.

What You Can Expect

  • Support the Amazon strategy and execution for Italy and Spain

  • Define and execute customer marketing plans/strategies for the italian main players

  • Lead, influence and empower local distributors and teams to grow E-commerce business

  • Build E-commerce capabilities within the Brown-Forman local teams

  • Support in the implementation of B2B pilots across Europe

  • Support in the implementation of digital shel monitoring tool across piloting markets

  • Support the PIM tool implementation in the key countries

  • Create and share best practices within the region

  • Collaborate with IMC in the media strategy definition for the key countries

  • Support eRTC Business development manager in finding new opportunities across the region

What You Bring to the Table

  • At least 2 years of experience in dealing with E-commerce players (sales, marketing or customer marketing)

  • Previous experience in Spirits business is a plus

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to develop business from scratch

  • Curiosity, winning and problem solving mindset

  • Good knowledge of E-Commerce landscape and dynamics

  • Fluent in English and Italian

  • Able to manage cross functional/countries projects

  • Good Project Management and Time management skills

  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
