Meaningful Work From Day One
Adapts global strategy and defines the local strategy for vodka portfolio in Russia, primarily Finlandia. Being a brand champion and guardian in Russian market driving brand image metrics growth and market share improvements.
What You Can Expect
Development and deployment of long term strategy for the local market.
Contribution to regional and global brand/corporate initiatives by being part of working groups and meetings. Lead additional assigned projects or tasks as stretch assignments towards further personal development.
Develop and implement tactical plans and activities from the brand plan.
Based on strategic objectives from the brand plan, develop, execute & measure (responsible) activation & communication plans for specific areas e.g. Digital, PR & On-Trade.
Manage A&P budget and keep track of the marketing spending for the led activities. Ensure document flow accuracy and compliance for respective projects.
Actively collaborate with Sales and TM teams in development and execution of required retail and on-trade POP standards.
Management and pitching of agencies pool. Negotiate with supplies on operational aspects. Leverage own experience and market knowledge to ensure the best price and quality of provided goods and services.
Monitor and report on monthly basics key competitive activities in vodka category. Perform regular market visits (on-and off-trade) to gain knowledge and observations about the market and consumers.
Ensure Responsibility Messaging (R&R) and D&I aspect on all FV products, communication materials and during key brand communication platforms.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience in sales/trade marketing in Alcohol industry/FMCG
People and customers management skills, business acumen, strategic and creative thinking
Fluent in Russian and Upper-Intermediate English
