Brown-Forman Super Premium On-Trade Manager, Moscow in Moscow, Russia
This position will play pivotal role in the development and implementation of On-Trade
business within Moscow region. Main purpose of the role is to deliver the Key Performance Indicators for the Brown Forman brands within Moscow region. Focusing the efforts of the Distributor’ field/ management team on BF brand building activities and brand education.
To ensure the top presence in the market for the Brown-Forman at On-trade channel, and ensuring that BF brands integrity is never comprised.
To identify additional brand building opportunities within Moscow region. To agree action with National On-Trade Manager and Marketing team, and execute activities in order to achieve maximum impact and exposure.
To continually develop an understanding of and respect for the entire Super Premium portfolio of brands and to support and protect all brands internally and externally.
To build trust and productive relationships with colleagues from all B-F departments, by understanding of their goals and objectives in the frame of teamwork.
To build quality and productive relationship with On-Trade departments of distributors in its territory. Continuously improves relationships with key On-Trade market players, opinion leaders and bartenders as well as representing the company as the key contact with Bartender Community.
To build development strategy, aligned with Brand strategy and business plans, to implement accordingly annual action plans. To report back to the business on efficiency of implemented actions.
To cooperate with National On-Trade Manager and Brand Managers in planning, budgeting and forecasting quantitative and qualitative targets for the territory ensuring integration of the SP portfolio strategies within the key customer base
To monitor regularly the KPIs within Moscow region.
To know key trade terms for the key customers.
To ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the brand/trade investment in the region. To manage in-market brand investments.
Field Visits shall take 60% of the work time

On Trade Focus Accounts
To work directly with Focus On-trade customers and cooperate closely with the Distributor’ field force of Moscow. To deliver the core objectives for BF brands within Moscow through training and expert brand knowledge. To regularly review the BF objectives and address
additional opportunities. To work together with the Distributor to ensure maximum effectiveness of all BF brand activities.
Implement top-quality activations in the Focus Accounts effectively and efficiently to maximize the rate of sales and level of brand positioning.
To conduct training programs on each SP portfolio and assist the distributor’ sales force with providing up to date brand knowledge to key external customers. To coordinate Brand ambassadors’ activity plan.
To ensure that the BF managers are informed on a timely basis of any significant changes on Moscow region, such as key account or competitor activity or changes in the distributor’ sales force members.
To submit regular regional reports to the National On Trade Manager in an agreed format. To present updates of region and brand initiatives at Russia Team Meetings.
To hold monthly meetings on region with the distributor’ territory managers to review brand opportunities, competitive and promotional activity and additional Brand initiatives. To present at team meetings where relevant.

To be able to prove that the investments made in the sector delivered a profitable return and that the investment criteria is constantly evaluated to ensure that we continue to optimise our return on investment.
To have a solid understanding of Brown-Forman products, including history and heritage, competitive set, target market, brand essence, Brand Plans and strategic direction.
To maintain an up to date knowledge of Moscow region and sectors, including key contacts and decision makers, competitor brands & plans, customers’ strategy, pricing, logistics, NPD, competition etc.
To understand On-Trade channel trends and seek for regular updates from the business community to ensure BF channel strategy is relevant for developing market situation.
To Ensure correct, up to date and relevant information is communicated through appropriate facets of BF to be used to support our brand growth. To always remain firmly in touch with the dynamics of the marketplace. To create and update the accounts data base with all key terms.
