What You Can Expect

  • Leads Greater Mumbai, Daman, Diu, Silvassa, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh

  • Lead and develop a team of 5 Territory managers

  • Coaching direct reports in the field during market visits and leading by example

  • Delivery on Value / Volume

  • Deliver on market share

  • Build relationships with key customers

  • Partners with the Trade market team and deliver the activation plan on ground

  • Leads primary & secondary discussion with distributor partner, distributor salespeople on a regular basis

  • Partners with team to derive width of distribution / spends management across markets

What You Bring to the Table

  • People Management is key to this role

  • Problem solving is critical

  • Ability to understand situations around many internal and external factors

  • Negotiation skills to manage difficult customers, General manager of hotels or Team to drive efficiency around business.

  • Agility is key to this role and core to our business

  • Analytical abilities to turn data to insights

  • Microsoft /Google skills

What Makes You Unique

  • Knowledge of the Alco-bev industry

  • Passion to drive larger teams and objectives

  • Fire in the belly to grow for self -Self motivated and strong ownership

  • Love for traveling and exploring

  • Tier 1 or 2 premier institute with FMCG knowledge is an added bonus
