Brown-Forman Visibility and Shopper Marketing Analyst in Naucalpan de Juárez, Mexico
Proposes, negotiates and coordinates both, internally and externally, all Shopper Mkt plans to be executed in Mexico City, always aligned with DSD & Traditional Channel sales team. Coordinates shopper marketing activities in order to ensure correct field execution and maximize resources, with the aim of accelerating take away of our brands portfolio permeating the overall Company Strategy.
Responsibilities: (Job Detail):
Elaborate annual Activation Plan in Traditional and DSD Channels in collaboration with the Sales Team for both Channels (Traditional & DSD), coordinates activities and maximizes resources.
Assures the correct execution of the Annual Shopper Calendar Plan including loyalty program, visibility plans, pop material, sales force contests and all plans aimed to increase take away aligned to BF Mexico policies and procedure.
Manages, keeps track and controls TMF and A&P budget ensuring a proper execution in the point of sales, aligned with the annual company strategy.
Participates in the construction and planning of the Shopper Mkt calendar.
Provides overall support to the Shopper Marketing team for controlling and administrating T&E budget.
Sales force and in-plant training related to shopper marketing activities such as: product launching, tastings and plan execution.
Monthly market visits (depending on season) to check on our activities as well as our competitors.
Follows up of contests of its channel, being aligned with the rules and ensuring compliance.
When required, negotiates with our business associates for getting the best materials and costs, aligned with our purchasing department.
DSD/Traditional Channel POP material inventory administration.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing, Finance, Administration or Industrial Engineer.
2 to 4 years in similar positions in Trade / Shopper Marketing, Sales or Sales Operations.
