Meaningful Work From Day One
This is leading position in developing On Trade coverage and responsible for delivering the Key Performance Indicators (i.e., distribution volume, brand education, visibility, promotion) within On Trade channel in France and fulfills distribution, listing targets and training for functional reports.
What You Can Expect
The Area Manager will lead, train, and develop a sales force composed of permanent, according to best management practices.
Achieve appointed sales, promotion plans and distribution targets in the designated area.
Manage, coach, and develop a group of sales reps and 1 regional KAM.
Is continuously in touch with the market, competitor activity, category trend, as well as highlight regional opportunities and threats to the business.
Regional A&P budget management ensuring that every activity is aligned to brandplans and deliver maximum return on investment.
Execute regular and systematic trade visits strategy with reps for the region according to work plan.
Sales and brand strategy execution in subordinated region.
Responsibility for building relationship with strategic customers (Cash&Carry,wholesalers).
Controls operational costs of subordinated region/customers.
Control the sales force activity and make the appropriate decisions when necessary.
Implement and evaluate on regional basis promotional activities developed byMarketing or Trade Marketing.
Execute brand education program for the trade partners.
Prepare and deliver requested reports and develop data sharing analysis.
Analysis of KPI’s result to manage the target and the team.
What You Will Do in This Role
Execute BF On-Trade targets (tripartite, shelf placements, menu card etc.)
Train, educate and manage Sales Reps
Lead negotiation with regional account
Implement, execute, and evaluate brand activities
Day to day business administration
Brand education in the respect of Evin law and drink responsibility
Regularly check the application of the Car policy to avoid exposure to the employeesand the company
We Are Looking For People Who
Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent)
Certifications: Marketing and Sales
Experience: 3 years minimum in Field sales team management
Management skills
Strong knowledges of spirits products category and customers (Cash&Carry, wholesalers, cavists, HoReCa)
High negotiation skills
Oriented towards data analysis and development of action plan
Fluent in English
